Poor craftsmanship along with unfit equipment shortages are covered by the attribute warranty. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our fault. Aforementioned is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Damages can generally be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are readily available.

We provide limited quality warranty on the entire machine, as well as each subsystem unless state otherwise. The quality warranty covers defects due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship. We are not responsible for common wear and tear or misuse of your product. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our warranty. Of course, damages that are not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are readily available on request.

Self-Installation:
Self-InstallationAs this machinery is a do it yourself Product, you will which means have to assemble and fit the machinery themselves. We have included an fitment guide to advise you, but the assembly, construction and organization of the machine software is relatively basic. An further technical call-out charge will apply if you request that we complete the assembling, organization and fitment.
This machine is a DIY Product, which means you need to assemble and install the machine yourself. The assembly, installation and setup of the machine software is relatively easy and we have included an installation guide to assist you. If you require that we assemble, install and setup for you, an additional technician call-out fee will apply.
Training Course:
Training CoursePrimary and/or extensive training courses are supplied via our training facility for all machines we sell. First fundamental entry courses is included in your machinery investment, however more promoted training can be bought after the fundamental course has been finished.
We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Call-out Service & Fee:
Call-out Service & FeeWhen a service is supplied at your property by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Except when the call-out is included by each and every time of the above plans or confirmed by the the company, a call-out cost will be charged. 1 technician for one day is R 395.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Along with the call-out fee, transport costs to your place as well as settlement if required, are on your account. The plans for the technician to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be done by you. R 6.00/km is the ongoing amount increased by the traveling distance between your property and our workshop, should you recommend for us to come to you.Without notice, those costs may differ instant by time, consequently attentively analyze about call out as well as transport costs ahead of time
