We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Self-Installation:
Self-InstallationAs this machinery is a DIY Product, you will accordingly have to assemble and construct the machine themselves. We have included an construction guide to assist the client, although the assembly, installation and configuration of the machinery programming is fairly straightforward. An supplemental technical call-out charge will apply if you prefer that we do the assembling, organization and installation.
This machine is a DIY Product, which means you need to assemble and install the machine yourself. The assembly, installation and setup of the machine software is relatively easy and we have included an installation guide to assist you. If you require that we assemble, install and setup for you, an additional technician call-out fee will apply.
Training Course:
Training CoursePrimary and/or complete training courses are provided at our premises for all machinery we sell. First principal entry courses is combined in your machinery investment, although more improved training can be purchased after the principal course has been accomplished.
We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Call-out Service & Fee:
Call-out Service & FeeAnytime a service is provided at your establishment by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is concealed by each of the above plans or approved by the managers, a call-out fee will be required. One specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.In addition to the call-out fee, touring costs to your establishment as well as settlement if necessary, are on your account. We choose that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back.
