Self-Installation:
Self-InstallationAs this machine is a DIY Product, you will meaning have to assemble and install the machine themselves. We have combined an installation guide to assist the client, although the assembly, construction and setup of the machinery programming is fairly basic. Regrettably, should the client choose that we fit, setup and assemble the machine for them, an supplemental technician callout fee will be implemented.

Call-out Service & Fee:

A call-out fee will be requested except for when the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or approved by the management. At the point of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Travel costs to your establishment including settlement if necessary, are on your account, coupled with the call-out fee. The technicians necessary adjustments to be made to get picked up as well as sent back, are preferred to be made by you. The prevailing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the traveling distance between our warehouse as well as your establishment, should you desire for us to travel to you.Without notice, those charges may differ extent by point, thus kindly enquire about call out as well as travel costs ahead of time
A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. Remote AssistanceWithout going away from our office, we are able to network with to your PC to help you with the configuration and problems right away with large bandwidth internet and advanced programming automation.
