Poor craftsmanship along with faulty material errors are covered by the quality warranty. We will not be held accountable for misuse or common wear and tear of your machine. Aforesaid is thus not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations will be immediately available upon inquiry.

    We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

    Self-Installation    As this machine is a DIY Product, you will meaning have to assemble and install the machine themselves. We have combined an installation guide to assist the client, although the assembly, construction and setup of the machinery programming is fairly basic. Regrettably, should the client choose that we fit, setup and assemble the machine for them, an supplemental technician callout fee will be implemented.
    This machine is a DIY Product, which means you need to assemble and install the machine yourself. The assembly, installation and setup of the machine software is relatively easy and we have included an installation guide to assist you. If you require that we assemble, install and setup for you, an additional technician call-out fee will apply.
    Training Course:
    Training Course    Basic and/or extensive training courses are provided through our warehouse for all machinery we sell. When obtaining your machine, first basic entry courses is comprehended in your purchase, but more improved training can be purchased after the basic course has been accomplished.
    We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
    Call-out Service & Fee:
    Call-out Service & Fee    Every time a service is provided at your place by a technician, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested except for when the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or approved by the management. At the point of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Travel costs to your establishment including settlement if necessary, are on your account, coupled with the call-out fee. The technicians necessary adjustments to be made to get picked up as well as sent back, are preferred to be made by you. The prevailing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the traveling distance between our warehouse as well as your establishment, should you desire for us to travel to you.Without notice, those charges may differ extent by point, thus kindly enquire about call out as well as travel costs ahead of time
    A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged.     Remote Assistance:
    Remote Assistance    Without going away from our office, we are able to network with to your PC to help you with the configuration and problems right away with large bandwidth internet and advanced programming automation. When relating to investigation on all machinery we sell that joins to and operates with a computer, as well as the fitting and configuration on all programming we sell, we supply endless unlimited remote assistance. Remote support is not subject to training.
