Self-InstallationThis machine is a do it yourself Product, therefore the client needs to assemble and construct the machine themselves. The assembly, fitting and organization of the machine software is fairly easy and we have comprehended an installation guide to advise you. An supplemental technical callout cost will be assigned if you request that we complete the assembling, setup and installation.
This machine is a DIY Product, which means you need to assemble and install the machine yourself. The assembly, installation and setup of the machine software is relatively easy and we have included an installation guide to assist you. If you require that we assemble, install and setup for you, an additional technician call-out fee will apply.
Training Course:
Training CourseWe give primary and/or full training courses through our premises for all machinery we sell. More promoted training can be bought after the primary course has been passed but first principal entry courses is enclosed in your machinery purchase.
We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Call-out Service & Fee:
Call-out Service & FeeA Call-out points to to each point a specialist offers a service at your establishment. Unless confirmed by the company or enclosed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the point of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.In addition to the call-out cost, traveling costs to your premises as well as accommodation if required, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.

Remote AssistanceWith the Broadband internet and promoted programming automation, we are able to connect to your CPU to help you with organization and problems immediately without leaving our place.
